The objective

A clear target.
A coordinated system.

Camy came to Pack Leader Coaching with one clear objective: dramatically improve his body composition-lose substantial body fat while building and retaining as much muscle as possible.

He wasn't new to the gym.

With approximately five to six years of on-and-off training experience, he already knew how to work hard. What had been missing was a structured system telling him what to do, why to do it and when to adjust it.

The challenge

Real life
was not optional.

The challenge wasn't simply training harder.

Camy is a father of two, works full-time in Australia, manages his own business and still has responsibilities to his family outside of work.

His previous approach largely revolved around lifting weights without a coordinated nutrition, recovery, progression or accountability system.

The goal therefore wasn't to build his life around fitness.

Fitness had to be engineered around his life.

The Pack Leader strategy

We replaced guesswork
with structure.

His 18-week transformation was managed through an individualized system incorporating:

  1. 01

Structured nutrition built around his goal and schedule

  2. 02

    Progressive resistance training

  3. 03

Planned cardiovascular activity and daily movement

  4. 04

    Weekly check-ins and physique assessment

  5. 05

    Bodyweight and performance trend monitoring

  6. 06

Nutrition and training adjustments based on response

  7. 07

Strategically placed higher-calorie/refeed periods when appropriate

  8. 08

    Planned deloads and fatigue management

  9. 09

    Recovery and lifestyle management

  10. 10

Review of relevant health markers where appropriate

  11. 11

Continuous adjustments rather than relying on one static plan

Every phase had a purpose.

The outcome

Verified progress.
Visible change.

But scale weight tells only part of the story.

Across 18 weeks, Camy produced a dramatic improvement in body composition while maintaining a visibly muscular physique. His waist and midsection tightened substantially, muscular definition became considerably more apparent, and his overall proportions changed despite losing 26 pounds of total bodyweight.

Most importantly, the result was produced alongside work, business and family responsibilities-not by stepping away from them.

Execution

A system only works
when it is executed.

A coaching system only works when the client executes it.

From Day 1, Camy followed the process with exceptional consistency: nutrition, training, check-ins, activity, recovery strategies and programmed adjustments.

The strategy provided the direction.

His execution produced the result.

Client perspective

“I had trained on and off for years, but I never had a complete structure behind what I was doing. Pack Leader changed that. Instead of just going to the gym and lifting weights, everything had a purpose-from my training and nutrition to weekly check-ins, recovery and adjustments along the way.

The biggest thing for me was that the plan worked around my actual life. I work full-time, run a business and have two daughters, so I couldn't build my entire day around fitness. Over 18 weeks I went from 218 lbs to 192 lbs and achieved a level of conditioning I had never reached before.

I followed the system exactly and the results speak for themselves. This was the most structured and productive period of training I've had.”
